Step 1: Add Soil

• Place the soil disk in the grow tray.

• Pour 1/3 cup of water on soil disk.

• Wait 30 seconds for the soil to soak up the water.

• Break up the soil and spread it evenly across the grow tray.

Step 2: Seed and Cover

• Sprinkle the seeds on top of the soil.

• Gently press the seeds into the soil with your hand.

• Fill the spray bottle with water and gently mist the soil until it’s wet but not too soggy.

• Place paper cover over tray and store the tray in a warm location or 48 hours.

Step 3: Nurture

• Remove the paper cover

• Install grow light at your preferred grow location

• Place grow tray under light for 12-14 hours per day

• Each day, use your spray bottle to generously water your microgreens (3-5 TBSP of water per day)

• If you notice the soil getting dry, spray a little extra water as needed

Step 4: Harvest

• In 7-21 days, depending on your seeds, your microgreens will be ready! They should be about 2-3 inches tall.

•When they’re ready, use clean scissors or a sharp knife to cut them just above the soil. Rinse and eat!
